For nearly 20 years, I devoted my life to caring for people in their most vulnerable moments. As a paramedic, I learned to move with precision, calm, and purpose knowing that every detail mattered when someone’s health was at risk. Later, as a mental health counselor and family coach, I supported individuals and families through some of their hardest seasons, helping them find stability, safety, and peace within their homes.
Those years shaped me deeply. They taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of truly seeing people. But they also showed me something I couldn’t ignore: the environment people live in has a powerful impact on their emotional and physical wellbeing. I saw how a clean, organized space could calm a racing mind, protect a fragile immune system, or give a family a sense of dignity and control again.
And I saw how a neglected space could add stress, overwhelm, or even risk. Over time, I felt a shift in my heart. I wanted to continue caring for people but in a way that allowed me to support their everyday lives, not just their emergencies.
I wanted to help families feel safe, supported, and able to breathe again in their own homes. That desire became impossible to ignore.
That’s when Methodical Cleaning Group was Born!
For me, cleaning is not just a service it’s an extension of care. It’s a way to protect families, support busy professionals, and create environments where people can truly rest. My medical background taught me the importance of using the right level of cleaning for the right situation, from gentle, chemical-free care to true medical-grade sanitation when health and safety demand it. My counseling experience taught me to approach every home with empathy, respect, and an understanding that people’s lives happen here.

To bring the same compassion, attention to detail, and integrity I offered in the medical and counseling fields into every home and business my team serves.
